Q : I cannot log in to SLBid with my ID and password. Please help.
This may happen if your SLBid membership is expired or cancelled. Please contact our customer support team to solve this problem.
Why am I seeing a blank page when I try to sign in?
This is because you are trying to log in when you are already logged on.
I did not receive SLBid's daily email report today.
You can log in to our website and click "E-Mail Report" page to see all your past and today's email reports. If you are not logged in at this time, you will be asked to sign in first.
I received the email, but the email was all broken and unreadable. What should I do?
The reason for broken email is because your email account does not support HTML email. Or, maybe it is because you have set up your email option to receive only TEXT email. First, you should check you current email account if it supports HTML email. If it does, please make sure that your email account is set up correctly to receive HTML emails. If your email account does not support HTML, you can receive SLBid's daily email report in TEXT format. To change SLBid's email format, please visit "My SLBid" page, and change email type from HTML to TEXT. If you are not logged in to SLBid at this time, you will be asked to log in first. Another solution would be to get an email account that supports HTML. Most major web-based email services support HTML. For example, both Yahoo! Mail(mail.yahoo.com) and Hotmail(www.hotmail.com) support HTML. They are free and easy to use, so we recommend you to open an email account with either one of them. * For AOL users, if you are using AOL version 6.0 or higher, you should have no problem receiving SLBid's daily email report. But if your AOL version is lower than 6.0, please update your AOL to the latest version. Also, please make sure that you have turned on the option to receive HTML email.
I am a SLBid's full member and on a monthly subscription plan. Does my subscription renew automatically? Or do I have to request for my subscription renewal each month?
For members who subscribe to SLBid on a monthly basis, the subscription renewal occurs automatically every month. This means that your membership will continue to renew until you request a cancellation. Also, the monthly subscription fee will be charged to your credit card automatically.
